This is a very wonderful piece of art work. Your small touches like the crumbling eraser with shadow and phone with shadow to the 3D shading on your cheek and your reflection in the mirror are what gives this painting such a sense of reality. It reminds me of a renaissance painting done in what is now a contemporary setting. You tell the history of your family, but with a very personal touch. Splendid work!
